Airdrop Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor

This Airdrop (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by [RUGP] (“Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Eligibility

• Open to individuals 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Must hold a valid Solana wallet address.
• Wallet must have ≥ 1 SOL balance and ≥ 3 prior on-chain transactions.
• One entry per Google account; multiple entries void all entries from that person.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible.
• VOID where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Period

Begins: April 28, 2025 at 12:00 UTC
Ends: April 30, 2025 at 23:59 UTC

Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will be disqualified.

4. How to Enter

1. Complete the official Google Form with your Solana wallet address, email, and eligibility confirmations.
2. Submit only once per person.
3. No purchase or blockchain gas fee required to enter.

5. Winner Selection

Winners will be chosen by random drawing from all eligible entries on April 30, 2025 at approximately 15:00 UTC. Odds depend on eligible entries received.

6. Prizes

100 winners, each will receive 10,000 $RUGP. Total prize pool: 1,000,000 $COIN. Prizes are non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via the email address provided within 48 hours of the drawing. Winners must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize; unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

8. Verification & Disqualification

All entries are subject to verification. We reserve the right to disqualify any entry or participant who:

• Fails to meet eligibility criteria;
• Uses bots, scripts, or any automated means to enter;
• Submits false or misleading information;
• Attempts to tamper with the entry process.

9. Delivery of Prizes

Prizes will be airdropped to each winner’s submitted Solana wallet address within 7 days of verification. Sponsor is not responsible for network congestion or transaction failures.

10. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners grant us the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11. Release & Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability, loss, or damage arising out of participation or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

12. Privacy

Information collected will be used solely for administering this Giveaway per our Privacy Policy. We will not sell or share your data.

13. General Conditions

We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud or technical failures impair its integrity. Any attempt to undermine the Giveaway may result in legal action.

14. Governing Law

Disputes will be resolved under Delaware law, exclusively in courts in Wilmington, DE.
